Light Recovery Workout




SPEED WORK
I feel the need as I get older to throw in some lighter speed work. Movement in general seems to slow down and get awkward over 50. using more athletic movements and forcing the body(or convincing )the body to move faster can only be benificial. Everyone talks about training to improve the quality of life. Well Being strong makes me feel better thus improving my quality of life.

Power snatch
95lbs X 3 8sets 1 minute between sets

Speed Bench 135x3 Light bands 6 sets

DB Bench 45Lbs. x 25 reps 3 sets

** Good day 60% effeort. Great November afternoon-Sunny-warm -Fresh mountain Air.
New Band hook up worked great, Used DB holders also worked great!
