Shoulders so hurt this was a painful day. doing Wendler for a while at least till pain subsides. Not a great day. set poundages real low to get in better shape. weight very very light but all movements hurt. I will build back slowly I am in no rush.Kids in college and high school are taking alot of weekend time up. Might try eary morning workouts. Just training not for anything in particular but for exercise.
