Squat Day






Low Box Squats with Giant Speed Bar

365 X2 ( Tweaked Right Quad)

Disappointed today Knees hurt and I know my old ass needs to do more warm ups and take smaller jumps.Trained with Travis( I get caught up in his youth and desire) and Buddha. Short workout didn't get much work in . Weight loss going good down 11 lbs.Have to adjust my training goals while losing weight.
