Great workout day gym was crowded a lot of great lifting. workout with Travis. Buddha,Paul, dave,Jesse,and Grant. SAM HELL BUL:LY BAR is great! Reverse hyper need to be battened down alittle better, might have to bolt to the floor! 80% Still recovering from cold felt tight and achy. I will get it together. Started eating clean Lost 6lbs. this week. used our Poor Man Monolift rack a little tight but works.
