THE BASICS
Basic Supplements (I think the following should be called NECESSITIES not supplements)

■Water (yes I list water as a supplement due to the fact that most of the population rarely drinks it at all let alone in sufficient amounts)
■Multivitamin
■Fish Oil
■Omega 3-6-9
■Protein
That is a very short basic list. If you are not taking everything on that list then you have no business taking any other supplement period.
Same thing goes for training. When in doubt don’t buy the newest routine that promises the body of the gods. Just simply return to the basics.
■Squats
■Deadlifts
■Overhead Press
■Bench Press
■Rows
■Olympic Lifts
You can never go wrong returning to the basics. Don’t be fooled by fancy wording and an overdose of bling on the packaging. Pretty does not always mean functional or even useful
