More Bone Broth and Gelatin

by Garage Strength

Gelatin, the stuff found in gummy bears and jell-o. Who would have guessed gelatin could be a powerful addition to one’s diet? Gelatin comes from the collagen of animal parts (skin, hoof, bones, etc). Not the most appealing thought to the modern day human but gelatin has been a nutritional tool for over a thousand years. Bone broth is a great way to obtain gelatin or you can simply buy gelatin powder from pasture raised animals. Gelatin is a great way to soothe the digestive systems, improve skin and hair and it also is anti-inflammatory.
Gelatin is a great source of glycine and arginine. Glycine is known for its ability to heal and restore the gut which is great for anyone with leaky gut or digestive issues. Glycine also helps detox and increase glutathione levels. Glycine is known to increase growth hormone levels which is highly important for athletes and for those looking for an extra boost in the bedroom. A nice benefit about arginine is that it helps increase metabolism and is a vasodilator. By adding gelatin or bone broth to your diet, you will experience an extremely positive effect on hormone panels and on digestive health.
Gelatin should be used during meals, using 5-10g of gelatin with each serving of meat.
Keys Thoughts:
Increases Athletic performance (boosts GH)
Soothes Digestive tract
Use Bone broth or Great Lakes Gelatin (green can is best for liquid, orange can is best for making food)
Gelatin goes great with coffee, yogurt, smoothies and protein shakes
