I don't worry about programs or percentages. I don't have the best lifting equipment, I don't have a lot of money, I don't train with the best all the time. I don't get wrapped up in stupid fb posts about which program you should do or what works best for this guy or that guy. I do what works best for me and I dedicate myself to eating, sleeping and training the best my body feels. I incorporate every useful tool I have acquired over the years I've been competing. This stuff isn't rocket science. Quit over thinking your training and have some intensity. You got to love what you do and have passion towards your goals.-Pat Wilson
