Powerlifting Pain Scale
Healthy = I could masturbate and then bang the wife.
Tweaked = I could bang the wife.
Hurt = I could try to bang the wife, but I'd probably settle for a hand job.
Injured = I'll just take care of it myself and get to sleep.
Seriously Injured = I'm just going to eat and fall asleep.
Gravely Injured = I should put Nickleback on my training playlist after I get some sleep
