Do your best to avoid the mentality of "I don't
understand, I should be stronger."
If you SHOULD be stronger, you WOULD be stronger. Where you
are now is the result of your training, meaning you can only reap what you have
sown. If you aren't sowing hard work and progress, how can you expect to reap
results? You deserve the progress that is the result of whatever your training
style is.
If you feel that you SHOULD be stronger, but aren't, this
may be a sign that you need to change your training approach, as it isn't
