Westside Reverse hyper added to weapons at THE INSTITUTE OF IRON

The Reverse Hyperextension machine is great for the development of the glutes, hamstrings, lower and middle back.  Many coaches also feel this machine has made their athletes run faster because of the increased strength of the hamstrings. This machine is a must for any athlete!
