IT IS VITALLY IMPORTANT TO NOT CHANGE THE ADAPTATION RIGHT BEFORE COMPETEING! Do not implement new exercises, alter the diet, disrupt nightly routines even if this means the weightlifter or athlete is used to nightly sexual activity. All facets of training must be unchanged right before hand giving special attention only to rest. Any disturbance from the regularity of methodical training before competing will potentially leave things in chaos. --D Shankle
